The shaft is in pretty good condition with normal bag wear in the form of nicks, scuffs, scrapes, and scratches. The grip is a nice, but a little dirty, black/white Callaway Lamkin grip. The shaft is just about 42 3/16" inches so it should play just about 43.25" inches with your Callaway fairway head.
