Obtained as a lottery prize from a "Stamp Rally" held in 2019 during the 5th National Mangaka Conference/Nankoku Festival exhibition. Participants who collected every stamp from both venues could then fill out a form to be entered for a chance to win a set of 10 figures featuring different characters from artists/writers featuring during the event. It is unknown currently how many copies of this figure set were produced, but is likely a extremely low amount (low double digits if I had to take a guess). The last picture is of a letter that was delivered to winners of the raffle, which thanks them for participating as well as apologizing for delay in production.
