The board is constructed of teak wood with a circular indent in the middle to hold a dipping sauce with the remaining area for any small appetizer such as cheese, cured meats, or fruits. This piece is square and measures 12" x 12". This piece was manufactured in Denmark On the bottom there are four levelers which prop the tray slightly from the counter/table top. As with any vintage item, there is normal wear from use. There are scratches from utensil use. The tray is in very good condition for its age with no chips or wood missing.
