Description: Outstanding curule style bench with reeded legs and a painted finish. Quality craftsmanship and a timeless design. This has no markings or labels, probably lost when it was reupholstered. Believe this was made by Karges Furniture of Evansville, IN but again not signed. Solid condition, has some light signs of age and patina. Sturdy, no loose joints, good upholstery etc. Direct from a local estate being sold as found. About 21" wide, 19" tall, 14" deep. Very good original condition overall, sits well. Structurally solid, no wobble or play. Upholstery has been updated and is free of holes or rips, nice foam, no large of notable stains just the lightest signs of age or use. No cracks, no chips, no repairs etc. Painted finish has some signs of age, rubs, scratches, mild foot scuffs on the feet but makes a strong appearance overall. No repairs, no touch up.
