Description: This Kay Jewelers, beautiful10k white gold tilted heart was given to me as a gift a few years ago, but I never wore it. I was told that the carat total weight was 1/4. The photos really don't do it justice. The thin chain is 18 inches and is also the small spring clasp is also stamped 10k, but it's very difficult to see or photograph.
