Designer's Notes and Disclaimer: This loader EMULATES HAND-LOADING. The shorter plunger design was used since the taller plunger would eventually break over time due to the EXTREME staggering of the rounds when using the method of sliding the full round under the feed lips to load. This will happen to all designs using the tall plunger whether using Nylon, ABS, or whatever plastics with Nylon taking the longest time to break. Also, the taller plunger method of sliding the full round under the feed lips during my testing caused many misalignments. From tests conducted using just hand loading of 30 rounds, I was still getting dents in the shell casing for the last 10-12 rounds. This loader design tries to minimize these dents by ELONGATING the plunger from the front of the round to the back rim by spreading the downward force evenly.
