Spine has similar borders and edging along with black and gilt lettering. Spine is lightly sunned. Edges at head and tail of board spine are crimped. Light foxing on external pages edges. Lower edge of page xiii and xiv has a 1 1/4" closed diagonal tear. Except for ex-lib stamps on title page and page 41, book is internally clean. Text block is snug.
