It has antioxidant effects that inhibit free radical production. In the body, free radicals damage cells and are linked to many health problems associated with aging. There is, though, no known way to stop free radicals completely. Astragalus is a natural dietary supplement that's used for various health conditions. For instance, it's used to help with the common cold, upper respiratory complications, fibromyalgia, and diabetes. Some proponents of astragalus use it for its heart benefits. The birch is a soft-wood tree native to cold, northerly climates. BUCHU LEAVES BENEFITS Buchu is harvested from the dried leaves obtained from three species of Barosma.
