On the front is a flap that is held closed with hook and loop that conceals a flexible mirror patch so baby can see itself and on the back where the trap door would be this opens to reveal and embroidered heart patch. Super cute. This soft toy is designed for baby hands to hold and hug. Washable, it is clean and has been washed. There is, however, a small spot on one foot shown in pictures. It does squeak as well. She measures about 7" and is retired. She is quite the fabulous find. I love finding rare hard to find stuffed animals. Happy Shopping!!
