ALL cases have some extent of extremely minor scuffing or scratching right out of the box from CGC. No case is perfect, however, every case that I sell is as nice as to be expected from CGC. 2 - CGC slabs *may* have some amount of Newton rings. If you buy CGC graded comics, this is just something you have to deal with. If it more than what I feel should be acceptable, I will note that in the listing. 3 - I try to price all of my slabs at the lower end of recent sales.
