This piece's base color is white with pink carnation stem motif in center, and gold trim. Production for this pattern has been discontinued. KPM initials on the mark referred to the porcelain works found by Carl Franz Krister and stands for Krister Porcelain Manufactory. The "R" between the crown and KPM refers to a new Rosenthal facility built in the town of Landstuhl of Germany when the original KPM facility was ceded to Poland after World War II. It is believed this set was manufactured between 1952 and 1965 at Rosenthal's new facility the with "R KPM Krister Germany" mark.
