I have discounted the price significantly so that you could get a great deal! The book was signed by Kyle & sent directly from him to CGC where it was graded as an 8.5 by CGC, as part of their Signature Series. It appears that the drop in grade from NM was likely due to some paint that ended up on the back cover (see photo). No matter, as the grade isn’t as important in such books, that have had significant changes and ink put on it as part of secondary artwork. This is the exact book you will receive and it will come AS-IS. There will be NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS. The book comes in a 2 mil Mylar Graded Comic bag for appearance and UV protection.
