Measurements (taken while item is lying flat) are: Waist - 21.5"(43"); Inseam - 29"; Rise - 12.75"; Thigh - 13"; Bottom Leg Opening - 7.25". They have a flat waistband with both sides having a section of 2" flat black elastic. There are NO POCKETS at all in these pants.
