LAG (Live Arrival Guarantee) will only be honored if the critter is shipped directly to a USPS hub and must be requested by the buyer. Other wise the shipment will be shipped directly to your residence. If there is a problem with the shipment such DOA photos must be taken within an hour of delivery, (this only applies to LAG) and a replacement will be sent out. All invert shipments over $300 must be shipped out using Fedex overnight shipping. ISOPOD COUNTS. All Isopods will be sent out with a 10%overcount, for example if you order 10+ isopods, you will then receive 11 isopods. This will account for any DOA that happens during the shipment process.
