Description: This mosaic art piece was created with original relics and glass from the homes that were lost when Lake Hartwell was built. When the Corp of Engineers began filling the lake, the homes with a lot of their contents were bulldozed and left to rest on the bottom of the lake. I collected these pieces and thought this would be a way to remember those families and also make a great conversation piece for someone with a lake home on beautiful Lake Hartwell.
