Our research shows the movement to be made by Seagull and boy does the design reminds us of the Valjoux 23. It even feels like the cal. 23. The stainless steel case measures 38mm without the crown and chronograph pushers and 46.2mm lug tip to lug tip. Other features are a screw on/off caseback and an acrylic crystal. The dial and hands features beige luminous as if it has aged. The rotating 12 hour bezel can be used as a second time zone. Again, much like the vintage GMT watches. It is in very good pre-owned condition (please see pictures and decide on condition for yourself). It comes on a new unbranded leather strap. We have had the watch running for a few days now and all seems fine, although we do not know its service history. To test it we wound it over a few days and the timekeeping was good.
