Description: Grand piano handblown and sandblasted glass large flattened paperweight, by Janette Kennedy of Glass Cats Studio. Handmade in Tennessee, and signed JK by the artist. Dead stock from my brick & mortar, it went from display to a box and has been safely packed away. The artist's statement card will be included as pictured. I don't know if Janette is currently producing work, so this may be a special find! It is a large paperweight at approx. 4" diameter x 1 1/2" high, and 1 lb 8 oz. Please enlarge and review photos-there are a couple of air bubbles that are inherent in blown glass and are not considered defects, but some may be bothered, others either won't notice or understand the nature of handblown glass..
