Description: A group of concerned homeowners that use the pools almost daily are writing this letter to have it in on record that we totally disapprove of the way the board and management company have handled the pool situations . We have loved Natural Pools and the way they have cared for our pools the last few months . They don't just throw a bunch of chlorine in like most cheap companies making us inhale unnecessary fumes. They care about the proper composition of the water !! We have seen Harold present things and we have talked to him in person and if we had gone with that original bid our pool would have been successfully running two weeks ago!!! He also informed you that he got the levels back to the right place again and suggested you try it for a couple days and maybe have a staggered schedule if needed but at least we would have had use of the pool but the board said no. Harold agreed to keep servicing the pools no matter what plan you went with and then he started seeing service companies coming around. That was highly inappropriate so he set up a meeting to discuss things and you cancelled at the last minute and that's when he gave notice. He would still want to keep servicing our pools and we want him!!! We want him retained and we suggest a one year contract and then do a performance review and get input from the people that use the pools!! He is the best we have ever had. They are always there every day and sometimes multiple times . We gave no confidence in the board or the management company and feel we should move toward making a change. I don't know the process is yet but we will find out . We feel the board and management company have neither the knowledge or professional skill sets necessary to manage this community!! Sincerely ,
