Description: What I have here for sale is an old school launch x431. I am a veteran technician and I am slimming down my equipment. The x431 will not turn on. The LED to the power pack that goes to the scanner is flashing. It also flashes when it is not connected to the scanner. I don't have another power pack to plug into the scanner to see if the power pack is the issue or the scanner has an actual issue. What you see in the pictures is what is all included. There is an OBD2 dongle that has a chip that's missing on the side of it. Since I am unable to test the unit properly, this item is listed as for parts and not working.
