Description: Total of 81 squares. Fantastic Laurel Burch cats, in precut squares (3 1/2 inch squares), for you to sew into a 10 inch block, made up of 9 squares. As the photo shows, the kit has you place one cat square in the middle and your choice of 8 squares around it. The kit includes 9 different squares of cats, and a total of 72 coordinating squares (with 4 of each design). You can make nine blocks with the 9-patch design, each about 10 inches by 10 inches (after you sew the nine squares together with 1/4 inch seams). The main and 5th photos show possible examples; there are far more than nine possible different 10 inch blocks you can make, depending on your choice of surrounding squares! As you can see, there are many different colors and designs for the surrounding squares, shown in nine stacks of four identical squares in the 3rd and 4th photos; those two photos show a total of 72 squares. Edges of the large 10 inch block will be raw--so you can sew it into a larger quilt or craft item. Of course, you can use the squares in some other way, too! Wonderful Laurel Burch cat fabric, long OOP and rare! (Please note: I bought these as a kit and have not put them together!
