Description: This is a new and sealed vinyl record album - Le Bourgeois Gentilhomme-Suite - Lorin Maazel conducting - Vintage 1967 Vinyl Record in Stereo.Presumed "Mint" Condition media and VG++ record cover and sleeve, near EXC but for drill hole in top right corner, and partial drill hole not all the way through in bottom right corner. (See my record grading scale below).Actual item is shown, please see all photos closely.NOTE: Some of the plastic wrap is a little loose in the corners with light wear. ALSO: NOTE the inherent risks in purchasing a vintage or aged NEW SEALED vinyl record since the condition of the media cannot be determined until the seal is broken. However, we DO NOT sell new, sealed records that have OBVIOUS DAMAGE. Some sources of imperfections could be from mold, physical impacts to the sleeve, manufacturing defects, humidity or direct contact with water, or warps in the sleeve, indicating potential damage to the interior, bad play, or a worthless record. That said, we only sell NEW SEALED records which clearly appear to be free of the above listed damage, and that appear to have been well-stored and carefully handled.Note to grading scale: Many of our records are play tested, and this will be mentioned in the listing description. If play tested IS NOT mentioned, then a visual grade has been assigned with confidence.Mint - We will never use MINT for an unsealed record, with one caveat, unless we witnessed, or caused, the seal to break, and we personally know it has been un-played, or only played once by us. We categorize almost all SEALED records as mint (as close as possible, and as intended, by the ability of the press) unless there is obvious damage, said above, to the plastic and cover that could impact the record inside. Covers that deserve the MINT grade must appear perfect, no cutouts, no rim wear, plastic completely intact all around (no tears) with little to no wear or discoloration.Near Mint - We will we use NEAR MINT (or NM-) for an unsealed record, if it clearly is in great condition and has been play tested. No scuffs, no scratches to the playable surface, plays great (once) without sound/music interference. May have some very minor imperfections. The best we will often assign is the next lower grade - Excellent (EXC+, or EXC++).Excellent - (EXC+, or EXC++). Very few imperfections, usually play tested at least once, and it played strong with no, to almost none, noticeable distracting sounds effects or interference with the music.Very Good Plus (VG+, or VG++). Physically in great condition with some minor scratches, other defects that do not significantly affect play, like a few paper scuffs, or hairlines. Usually play tested (unless noted), with some very minor noticeable imperfections, such as light snaps, pops, crackles. Very Good (Very Good VG, Very Good Minus, VG-). Noticeable imperfections (some scuffs or scratches), but play tested to not have over-bearing snaps, pops, crackles (some maybe, particularly allowed in fades) but these should have no skips on the huge majority of players.Good - We strive to not sell (and almost always do not sell) records graded less than a strong VG-, unless it is highly collectible, rare, or for some other reason is in great demand. These records will have noticeable and significant imperfections, and they will be described in the listing. Shipping will be least cost of USPS Media Mail or UPS Ground to the lower 48 states.
