The cannons are from vintage LEGO Pirates I and Imperial Soldiers & Guards sets from the late 1980s and early 1990s. The parts for sale are in good condition overall. Barrels are generally smooth, with little surface wear except a few faint micro-scratches or very tiny indentations. Dark Gray Cannon, Transitional with Black Handle (part #bb0039): 9 included. Smooth surfaces with only faint wear - few micro-scratches or fine scuffs visible in direct light. 1 red base has a more noticeable scuff on 1 side. Old dark gray cannons were first released in 1989 in a shooting version; soon after, LEGO stopped selling shooting cannons in the US and replaced them first with the transitional version (1989-1991) and later with the non-shooting variety (until 2002). Will be protected for shipment with bubble wrap & mailed in a cardboard box. Ships via USPS Ground Advantage service, which automatically includes shipment insurance up to $100 in value.
