Description: Please read: This was sold to us as new, never out of box. We had our HVAC guy come out, wire everything up and turn on the unit. The thermostat face powers on however it cannot communicate with the wifi hub. I tried to get ahold of Lennox and they couldn't help me out, so we had to get a completely different thermostat for our house. So, please know that was what we experienced. Everything is included that is pictured. No returns as I am being 100% transparent. There is definitely something wrong, I just dont know what. Maybe you have what it takes to install it and it work just fine? I just know we paid a great deal for it and it is now of no use. Please ask as many questions as possible before purchasing it.
