Description: Large White Antique Ironstone Sugar Bowl with Handles and Lid by WILLIAM ADAMS & SONS Condition: VG. No chips or cracks, however there is the usual crazing/wear. // SEE pictures, as they are part of the description. Specks: Approximately 7.25 across (including both handles) by 6.75" high. Marked on bottom: REAL IRONSTONE CHINA WM ADAMS & SONS, ENGLAND // Early 19th century or thereabouts. Color is more of an eggshell/off-white. // Soda can shown for scale. Please Note: Pottery is bound to have some kind of imperfections, blemishes, etc. Any and all significant areas of concern will be mentioned (either in word &/or pictures) otherwise, it is assumed that you the buyer, are familiar with irregularities such as these seen on ceramics from this time and place.Side Note: That "speck" you see (about center of picture) is actually on my lens inside my cell phone!
