No musty odors that gets in paper and vinyl this is a nice set still. The box measures 10 by 10 by 6 the playset is 9 by 9 and opens up to 18 inches by 9 inches and I have arranged to flatbed to move it on to your lot wherever that may be . One small split in vinyl on one corner at bottom please view the 21 pics my wife wasted time on taking for your enjoyment, I fired her by the way with no bonus .
