There is no need for transfers and the wheelchair connects very easily to the unit. There are three speed settings and an angle indicator for perfect balance while climbing or going down stairs. Making it very easy to use both. The stairlift easily disassembles to store in a vehicle or when not in use.This unit has rarely been used and at most a handful of times.When I did use the unit, it worked great and with no issues. Performs perfectly and is like new. It includes a battery pack, mobile charger unit, with a quick-change battery pack and it includes the instruction manual.
