Sadly, the puppet is not included. This is for the HOOIDE ONLY. The hoodie has been worn many, many, times but is free of significant stains and tears. These were a limited run of 777 and have long been out of production. The hoodie does not include any packaging, but was purchased directly from Bethesda many years ago. I am the original owner.
