Description: This beautiful set of George Perez art plates is in a limited edition portfolio copy it in 1977 by omnibus publishing and all rights are reserved. On the first page, you can see that this is number 58 out of 425 limited edition prints that were published both the number of the print as well as the insignia -Best George Perez penned in blue ink by hand on the first page. The outer folder as shown in the photos is the back of Perez sketching in a studio and has no damage to the front, but slight water discoloration at the top on the back see photo gallery for details. This did not leak through at any point in the prints are still in Prestine framing condition with no moring, damaging or curling at all on them. This portfolio does not use staples but has the pages loosely bound inside the folder see photo for confirmation. The first print is of an exotic woman laying on some grass, and this is the page that has the by hand signature and the number of limited edition prints and scribed on top. The second page has George Perez, the adventures of Superman from DC comics and is also in pristine condition . The third is a sketch of two famous Hollywood monsters, the mummy and Frankenstein titled Karloff, the eternal monster. The fourth is a picture, called the barbarian woman and even lists the models named as Linda Behrie. The fifth illustration is calledYvie‘s dream and features a male Centar ravishing a woman. The sixth illustration is Dracula, also from the marvel cinematic universe titled Dracula, Lord of darkness. The seven illustration is a scene before the Dune movie when it was just a book, George Perez penned an image from its pages and created Duncan Idaho from Dune using a model David Meade in 1977 .The eighth and last illustration is a satirical parody of Logan‘s run titled Logan‘s run featuring characters from Warner Brothers, Looney Tunes as the characters from the movie Logan’s run! The whole collection is a broad palette of the various Karic and universes to which George Perez had applied his unique style this collection of eight beautiful 11 1/4 x 17” glossy mint prints shows just how timeless his artwork is .
