Description: Limoges Lewis Straus & Sons French Fine bone china servingware 1890-1900 MINT. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. This is heavy gold gilted serving ware. It is hand painted with gold and very light soft pink flowers. It is 9” in diameter and 5” tall. This piece is a dessert plate and it is unfortunately not in flawless condition. There is one chip on the rim which was painful to see when I pulled the entire set out. But it is still beautiful and useful. In this same set I also have a gravy boat two vegetable dishes with lids, and several other large bowls, platters and other serving dishes. Sixteen pieces in all. Plus I have listed a set of demitasse cups and saucers. This set was all purchased between 1890 and 1900 by my great grandmother. It is exquisite French servingware. Everything must be double boxed, hence the increased shipping charges. I will combine on shipping for items from this set purchased simultaneously.
