Description: For sale is a like new Lionel 6-81284 Frosty The Snowman LionChief Remote Controlled O Gauge Train Set, Frosty Boxcar, Frosty Animated Gondola Car, and Frosty Aquarium Car. Set and the 3 cars are in great condition, only used twice, and put in to storage for the past 6 years. They all have their original boxes and instruction sheets, and the boxes are in great shape. Train set has the factory original outer brown cardboard box also. Train set is in like new working order, video is of the actual set in motion (engine does puff smoke, but I did not put smoke drops in for the video). It looks great around a Christmas tree. This train set, and the 3 extra cars have all been discontinued for some time now, and are very hard to find. Original train set includes the following: Locomotive and coal tender, Professor Hinkle coal hopper, wood-sided refrigerator car, caboose, 12 sections of track, power supply, and remote control. Locomotive has operating headlight, puffing smoke (smoke drops included), and chugging sounds. Refrigerator car has opening doors, and the caboose is illuminated. Remote control has forward & reverse speed control, 3 buttons to activate whistle, bell, and special announcements ( takes 3 AAA batteries, not included). Track layout dimensions are 40"x60". Additional Lionel O gauge track may be purchased to make track larger. 3 extra car features: The Frosty Boxcar features opening doors. When the Frosty Gondola Car is in motion, the characters circle the gondola. On the Frosty Aquarium Car, the characters appear to move inside the car which is illuminated inside.
