Description: Lionel Offset Hopper 3 - Pack New York Central 6-27032 NIB O Scale This is considered used since I am not a dealer and have owned the rolling stock, but is in the same condition since it was purchased with original box which is in good condition with some shelf wear. I did apply tape where adhesive came loose. The condition is LNIB for bought new, but never used it. Still taped from Lionel, I am the original owner. This is from my personal collection and reducing my O scale items. I bought this rolling stock car and did not display or use, I do not have a layout.
