Growing conditions for Neon Pothos:- lighting: it requires a lot of bright light, but no direct sunlight. If Neon Pothos grows in shadow, it can lose the wonderful coloring of its foliage. - watering: the watering should be regular, but not copious. Let the soil dry out between waterings. Use soft, settled water of room temperature.- fertilizing: feed Neon Pothos from April to September once in two weeks with liquid mineral fertilizer for vine plants. The temperature for normal growing should be between 59°F and 77°F all the year. Growing conditions for Heartleaf Philodendron:- lighting: to make the plant really stunning, it is necessary to put it into diffused sunlight. Direct sunlight is possible during cold period, or also it is allowed to put the houseplant on the bright sunlight during vegetation period in the morning and in the evening when the sun cannot burn the leaves. - watering: during spring and summer it should be watered moderately with room temperature water, the soil should not dry out, but in cold season it is allowed to let the soil dry few inches from the top.- fertilizing: Philodendron gives better leaves with the fertilizers. Use compound fertilizer for foliage plant once per two weeks during vegetation period, and reduce it to once per month during cold season.- nuances: the plant needs the high level of humidity, so it is better to mist it frequently with mild water every two days. To increase the level of humidity for the plant, the tray with moist peat moss can be used. But if the humidity is high, and the light is very low, then there can be guttation or so called bleeding of the plant. The ideal temperature for the plant is between 65 and 78°F.
