The waist is 32 inches. At it's widest spot it, in the thigh area, it measures 40 inches. The length from the waist to the knee is 23 inches. The material for the front of the skirt is 58% linen and 42% cotton. The material for the back of the skirt is 55% linen and 45% cotton. This skirt was made in Yugoslavia.I am not an expert.
