Description: Locre La Courtille Hand Painted Floral & Gold Dessert Dish Circa 1773-1824 A Nice antique French porcelain dessert dish. Decorated with hand painted central flowers in pink, purple, orange, yellow, and blue. With a border of hand painted small flowers in gold circles with red and green dots in between. Gold gilding along the edge and gold highlights to the handle. Marked on the bottom with a hand painted underglaze blue crossed arrow / torch mark used by Jean-Baptiste Locre near Paris at La Courtille, France. Circa 1773 to 1824. Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 9 1/2 inches long including the handle x 8 7/8 inches wide x 2 1/4 inches tall.
