They are mostly fairy tales or fantasy with mixed authors. Publishing dates found: Stories from Dickens, 1952; East O' the Sun and West O' the Moon, Norwegian Folk Tales, 1957; Hans Brinker or The Silver Skates, 1954; Bible Stories for Young Readers (from Old Testament), 1956; Grimm's Fairy Tales, 1954; Freckles, 1954; Tom Sawyer, 1954; Rip Van Winkle and Other Stories, 1955; The Wizard of Oz, 1944/1955; Captains Courageous, illus. 1957; Daniel Boon Wilderness Scout, 1957. Kidnapped, no date, Robin Hood, no date, The Prince and the Pauper, no date. Condition: Good bindings, clean pages, but in most of the books there is writing on upper right front cover page, many have the name and address of who owned the book in ink, and some just a name in pencil.
