One photo is of a soldier in grass skirt in South Pacific that is id'ed on the back, " John LaCroix, Providence Rhode Island". He is holding a book titled, "War in the Pacific" (the negative is flipped so the writing is backwards!). The other photo is of a shed building full of Naval mines! There is a text on the back type written and tells how the building caught fire! These are sepia tone snap shot size photos. They are in worn shape as you can see but still interesting.
