Locks are new old stock that have been sitting in a warehouse for a while now (SEE PICTURES). Most, if not all, locks do not stay locked open but a few might as I am unable to check them all individually! They work great as I use them myself with 550 paracord shown in some of the pictures. Locks you will receive twenty five (25) are EXACLTY like the ones shown in the pictures - several lots available (SO EVALUATE PICTURES CLOSELY AS THEY ARE ALSO PART OF THE ITEM DESCRIPTION).
