Description: Lot of 3 Real Dried Artichoke Flowers 2 - 3 Inches Wide on Natural Stems - Lot 2 From an edible vegetable to a blooming flower, these attractive, decorative, spiky artichokes are sturdy and have long-lasting color. Their striking mostly purple centers are surrounded by light tan / ivory inner petals with outer petals of greenish tan tinged with red. Each spiky bloom is attached to a sturdy stem, ready to be placed in a vase or used in a bouquet as a standout element. With the stem removed, they can also add a striking statement in your wreath, swag or bowl arrangement. This lot includes three dried artichoke flowers on their natural stems and the pictures show the blooms you will receive. They were homegrown in southern California without pesticides, handpicked, rinsed in plain water to dispel any pests, then hung to naturally air-dry upside down out of direct sunlight. Each bloom is unique in size and shade of purple and several types of artichokes are grown, so the petals on some may be spikier and others more rounded. These flowers measure about 2 to 3 inches wide at their widest point, 3 inches tall and including their stems, 11 inches long. These flowers come from a smoke-free environment but may still have a slight "artichoke" odor. In addition, I box them with a moth ball packet to kill any pests that may hatch during storage. This will be removed before shipping. These natural flowers will be padded and shipped in a box via USPS Ground Advantage.
