Description: This lovely lot includes 4 vintage Nancy Ann Storybook dolls. They have articulated arms, and eyes which open and close. These classic dolls are from either the late 1940s or early 1950s when the change was made from painted bisque faces to hard plastic with sleepy eyes. Back is stamped “storybook” doll. Each doll is dressed as fairytale character in fabric outfit, and has a her individual hair type and color, and complexion, making them a great addition to any NASB doll collector's set. The set includes 2 of the original boxes. These charming 5.5” dolls are a great find for collectors of vintage toys and are sure to make a great addition to any collection. Note: poor Little Red Riding Hood is missing one arm. Guess the wolf got to her. All the other dolls are in very good shape. Their dresses, however, are in varying degrees from slightly to more soiled. Please review all photos as the offer best description of condition. Boxes aren’t in the best of shape, either. But still cool to have this little piece of Storybook history. All as pictured, as is.
