Description: Lot of five (5) WWII era 3/8" drive swivel sockets by PLVMB (Plomb), made in the USA. Three of these are WF series, which means they were produced for the war effort and were made in Wright Field Airforce base near Dayton, Ohio. Because of their dull finish, they were also commonly termed as WF - war finish. The sizes and p[art numbers are as follows: WF-72 - 3/8" WF-74 - 1/2" 5275 - 9/16" 5278 - 11/16" WF-78 - 3/4" All are marked as PLVMB and have the plumb bob graphic on each side of the name "PLVMB".
