Description: This is a lot of 9 postcards depicting vintage gas stations and petroliana, in color, as they were in the mid 1990s. The cards measure 6½" X 4¼". One card shows in 1966, Ed Kienholz's Back Seat Dodge '38, which was deemed pornographic by Los Angeles County, and nearly closed the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. Today, the work remains the museum's most infamous. This card is slightly larger at 7" X 5".
