Description: This item is a lot of 5, 10, 25 or 50 pieces of a genuine Rohm Semiconductor 1N5243B, 13 volt DC, 1/2 watt (500mW), 5% tolerance, silicon planar construction, axial leads, zener diode. These have a DO-35 glass sealed package. They come on a cut-tape with radial bent leads on a 5mm spacing. The long exposed lead has a painted insulated coating to prevent shorts. These are genuine high quality NOS Rohm diodes made in Japan and not Chinese fakes. See last photos for datasheet.
