Description: "Love Lives Here" multimedia sign or plaque. The design features paint, cloth, and raised elements on what appears to be a possibly heavy particle board backing. There is a tag on the back that explains the origin of the "This Thing Called Family" line by Connie Berends and her daughters Jill and Laura for Demdaco. This item was made in 2012. A previous owner attached to the back a leather strip for hanging using black duct tape, which I've left on the piece, but it can be easily removed. The piece is very heavy. Condition is very good, with slight wear on the edges, but otherwise no apparent damage -- see pictures. Dimensions: 16" x 20" x 1". 71.3 oz
