Description: Lovely antique/vintage Italian 10 Kt. yellow gold hand-carved cameo shell cameo brooch. This beautiful, hand-carved cameo is 1 1/4” long by 1”wide and weighs 4.6 grams. It is in very good antique/vintage condition with no damage other than, perhaps, very minor surface wear and/or oxidation. This cameo is stamped “10 Kt.” on the clasp, as pictured and has been professionally tested as 10 Kt. gold. The carved cameo shell has been verified by a gemologist. This is a really lovely cameo, beautifully carved by a skilled artisan and firmly set in a very nice, solid 10 Kt. gold ornate frame. Any display items pictured are not included.
