Description: 1960 low 2 Digit license number 57 from Somerset County. This license was most likely a replacement license due to the hand stamped number. When licenses were lost, a dog owner could write to the county treasurer and they would stamp out the license on a blank tag. The number stamped would be the same number that was originally issued.
