Description: Here is very handsome antique Aesthetic style oak newell post with hand carved decoration and recessed paneled sides and with an old original varnished surface, salvaged from a demolished Cleveland mansion measuring about 38” tall, about 8” square at base, about 9” x 9” at top, for your old house restoration project or simply as a great decoration, etc. This is in very solid condition, with only slight wear to original finish, with uneven darkening and checking from age. As found reclaimed/salvaged condition, with age associated surface wear to finish, as pictured . A hefty 20 pounds unpacked. Offered as found, as pictured. Please see photos.
