Appears to have been painted mid 20th Century, 60s era based on the age of the back. Lura Sease was Lura Almira Pendarvis, and she was a prominent Chicago nurse before settling in Ontario, California. She did earlier paintings under that name, adding RN to signature. Would appeal to collectors of vintage California desert painting - Carl Bray, Nevada Wilson, Paul Grimm, Fred Penney, etc...CONDITION: In need of a professional cleaning -there is some streak lines from age (see photos of close ups). Also some light edge wear -would be covered once framed. As found vintage condition, mainly in need of a good cleaning and will brighten even more. Sold unframed, as found untouched condition. Would be a great addition to collectors of vintage fine art, desert painting, mid Century California desert artwork.
