Please see all photos for condition. 2 things I noticed are a small tear on the top left of the cover and a screw missing on the bottom of the piece, neither affect the usage of the piece, but are noted. Rare to find one in this condition with a working clock. Clock is by LUX Clock Mfg. Co. - Waterbury, Conn, USA - clock is stamped. Piece is stamped Park Sherman with their double squares logo and arrow on the back and on the clock dial as well. US Pat.
