I bought this in two sizes, and the larger was the right one (I'm reliably a 4-6/S), so I'd say this is 0-2/XS. That said, this would also work well for a junior or 'tween, depending on where you want the waist to sit. I'm a big fan of the skirt overall, so one of you benefits from my uncertainty as to which to order!
