Sleeveless with strappy style and slit in bottom of skirt for better movement. Size 4. Measurement: ** Chest measures 18 inches across front (from under arm across). ** Length of dress from shoulder to hem is 60 inches. ** Waist measures 14 inches flat. (all measurements are unstretched - laid flat) * Material - 100% Polyester Condition: New with tags attached but with some defects. Did not find any snags or pulls but it is possible for some small ones around hem. Has been tried on but not worn. There are a few missing rhinestones - see pictures.
